It is illegal to have these animals in the Netherlands as it is a native species.
I highly doubt you have the required paperwork, that is rarely given and only to zoos/research institutes.

Due to a change in law as of 01-01-2017 it's legal to keep and sell captive bred species in the Netherlands with the correct paperwork.

Andy Waldmann is an authority with salamandra, so don't hesitate if you're interested in these species. Indeginous species are legal to keep as long as you have the paperwork to prove they're captive bred.
